These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Sir Force ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Sir Force website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

Exceptions for Search Engines and Permitted AI: Notwithstanding the foregoing, we grant the operators of public search engines and legitimate AI-driven search assistants permission to use spiders and automated agents to access the Site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials or providing direct answers to user queries, provided that such use: (a) directs traffic or attribution back to the Site; (b) does not place an undue burden on our infrastructure; and (c) is not done for the purpose of scraping content to create a competing database, training dataset, or commercial product that does not benefit Sir Force or its users.

5. Service Contracts

These Terms of Service apply specifically to your use of this website. Any professional services, including but not limited to DJ services, event production, lighting, or audio services, provided by Sir Force are governed by separate written service agreements ("Service Contracts").

In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms of Service and a Service Contract regarding the provision of professional services, the terms of the specific Service Contract shall control. Information provided on this website regarding services is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer to provide services until a Service Contract is executed.

6. Third-Party Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos appearing on this Site belong to their respective owners. Sir Force does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks or content displayed on this website, including those of our preferred vendors, partners, or network contacts. If you access the Site from a location outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Sir Force is a sole proprietorship based in Maryland and primarily provides services within the Maryland area. While we welcome international visitors to our website, our business operations and service contracts are intended for United States residents and events occurring within our service area.
